Every ANIKI order comes with a warranty card in the box, your proof that the piece is genuine ANIKI. This page explains what the card covers, how to claim, and how to keep your child’s jewellery looking new. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Register your warranty card
Enter your order number and the email or mobile used at checkout, both on your order confirmation, to get your digital warranty card. No account needed. One card is issued for each piece in the order, and if you are logged in it also stays under My Account › Warranty cards.
1 year warranty
We stand by the quality of our jewellery and offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
| Covered | Manufacturing defects such as breakage or a loose setting. |
| Not covered | Damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. |
| How long | 1 year from the date of purchase. |
| What we do | We repair the piece if it can be repaired. If it cannot, we replace it. |
| Courier | For a manufacturing defect, ANIKI pays the courier. If we find the damage was caused by misuse or an accident, it is not covered and any courier charges are yours. |
| What you need | Your warranty card (the printed one, or the digital card from this page) and proof of purchase (your ANIKI order number or order email). Please keep the card safe. |
How to make a claim
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 89763 71202 or email info@anikijewellery.com within the warranty period.
- Send your order number, a photo of your warranty card and clear photos of the piece showing the problem.
- We check the claim and tell you the next steps, including how to send the piece to us.
- We repair the piece, or replace it if it cannot be repaired, and send it back to you.
Received a damaged or wrong item? That is handled by our free 7-day exchange with an unboxing video, not the warranty. See our Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy.
Jewellery care
ANIKI pieces are lead-free, nickel-free and cadmium-free, with a gold tone finish, and many carry genuine cultured freshwater pearls. A little care keeps them bright:
- After wear: wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth. Skip jewellery cleaners and wet wipes.
- Keep it away from: water (baths, pools, rain), perfume, sunscreen, lotion and hand sanitiser. Jewellery goes on last, after these.
- Storage: keep it in its ANIKI pouch or box, dry and separate from other pieces, so fine chains do not knot.
- Pearls: pearls are softer than most stones. Handle them gently and never soak them.
A loose setting or a broken clasp in the first year is what the warranty is for. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
