Where we ship
We ship across India. International shipping is not available yet; if you are outside India, write to hello@aniki.in and we will see what we can do.
Charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. Cash on delivery orders carry a small COD handling fee shown at checkout.
Timelines
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for metro cities and 5 to 8 working days for the rest of India. Personalised pieces need 2 to 3 extra days for engraving.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order ships. If the link shows no movement for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will chase the courier for you.
Packaging
Every order arrives in an ANIKI gift box with free wrapping and a handwritten note. If the outer packaging looks damaged on arrival, please record a short video while opening it; it makes any claim faster.
