What we collect
When you place an order or write to us, we collect your name, contact details, delivery address and payment confirmation. When you browse the site, standard analytics data such as pages visited and device type is recorded.
How we use it
Your details are used to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries and, if you opt in, send our newsletter. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store: our payment gateway to process payments, our courier partner to deliver your order, and our email service to send order updates. Each receives only the information it needs.
Payments
Card and UPI payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway. ANIKI never sees or stores your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, though the cart may stop working.
Your rights
You can ask us anytime to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@aniki.in and we will act on it within 7 working days.
Children
Our jewellery is made for children, but orders and accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
