7-day returns
If a piece is not right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original ANIKI box.
What cannot be returned
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective. Personalised and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless the error is ours.
How to start a return
Email hello@aniki.in or use the contact form with your order number and a photo of the piece. We arrange a reverse pickup from your address; you do not need to courier anything yourself.
Refunds
Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick check, refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives broken or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We ship a replacement immediately at no cost, no questions asked.
