Yes, our pearl pieces use genuine cultured freshwater pearls, chosen with the same care a mother would use choosing her own. Slight natural variation in shape or shade is normal with cultured freshwater pearls, not a defect.

Most pieces are designed for children aged 1 and up, with the exact age guide shown on each product page. Neck pieces are suitable from age 1 and up.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days in metro cities, 5 to 8 working days elsewhere in India. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

We offer a free exchange within 7 days for a genuine defect, damage or wrong item, verified with an unboxing video. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. ANIKI pays the courier cost both ways on a valid exchange.

Wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store it in a pouch or box, away from water, perfume and sunscreen. Full care notes are on every product page.

No, ANIKI currently accepts online payment only, through UPI, credit card, debit card and net banking via our payment partner PayU. Cash on delivery is not available.

Right now ANIKI ships within India only. We are not able to process international orders at this time.

Most bracelets are made with an adjustable fit so they suit a range of wrist sizes. Any fixed sizing is noted on the individual product page.
