Is ANIKI jewellery safe for children?
Yes. ANIKI is India’s first lead-free, nickel-free and cadmium-free jewellery brand for kids. Every piece is designed for young skin from the first sketch, not adapted from adult jewellery.
Are the pearls real?
Yes, our pearl pieces use genuine cultured freshwater pearls, chosen with the same care a mother would use choosing her own. Slight natural variation in shape or shade is normal with cultured freshwater pearls, not a defect.
What age is ANIKI jewellery suitable for?
Most pieces are designed for children aged 3 and up, with the exact age guide shown on each product page. Rakhis are made for all ages, since they are tied on siblings of any age.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days in metro cities, 5 to 8 working days elsewhere in India. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
What is ANIKI’s exchange policy?
We offer a free exchange within 7 days for a genuine defect, damage or wrong item, verified with an unboxing video. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. ANIKI pays the courier cost both ways on a valid exchange.
How do I clean and care for my child’s jewellery?
Wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store it in a pouch or box, away from water, perfume and sunscreen. Full care notes are on every product page.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No, ANIKI currently accepts online payment only, through UPI, credit card, debit card and net banking via our payment partner PayU. Cash on delivery is not available.
Do you ship outside India?
Right now ANIKI ships within India only. We are not able to process international orders at this time.
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes. Tick “Is this a gift?” on the product page or at checkout and add a note, and we will include it with the order at no extra cost.
What sizes do the bracelets and rakhis come in?
Most bracelets and rakhis are made with an adjustable fit so they suit a range of wrist sizes, from young children through to adults for rakhis. Any fixed sizing is noted on the individual product page.
